Orion HMS Staff is the companion app for people who work at clinics running theOrion HMS platform. It handles the everyday admin of being an employee, so you are not chasing a manager or a spreadsheet to clock a shift or book a day off. ATTENDANCE Clock in and out from your phone in one tap. Your clinic can set a location check, so attendance is recorded where the work actually happens. Times come from the server, not your handset, so the record is consistent for everyone. If you lose signal mid-shift, clock actions are queued on the device and sync once you are back online. Nothing is recorded twice. YOUR SHIFTS See today's clock-ins and clock-outs, the hours you have worked, and your recent shifts. Anything missing a clock-out is flagged, so it can be corrected before payroll runs. LEAVE Check your remaining balance for the year, see what is approved and what is still pending, and submit a request without filling in a form. Track the status of each request from your phone. If you approve leave for others, pending requests appear in the app for you to approve or decline. PAYSLIPS Your own payslips, period by period, with earnings and deductions set out in full. You see only your own records. BUILT FOR UAE CLINICS Orion HMS is a clinical practice management platform built for healthcare providers in the United Arab Emirates. Data is hosted in the UAE, on Microsoft Azure in the UAE North region. WHAT THIS APP IS NOT This app is a staff workforce tool. It holds no patient records and no clinical information of any kind. It provides no medical advice, no diagnosis and no clinical decision support. GETTING ACCESS There is no public sign-up. Accounts are created by your employer's administrator, and the app only works if your clinic licenses Orion HMS. If you are a clinic interested in the platform, visit orionhms.com. PERMISSIONS Location is used only at the moment you clock in or out, to confirm you are at your workplace. The app does not track your location in the background and does not record your movements between clock actions.
