Jojobet

Jojobet is an event countdown timer with an upcoming events view that organizes your countdowns by temporal proximity, sorted into bands for this week, next week, two weeks away, and three to four weeks out. The band structure makes scanning easy. If you want to know what's happening this week, the "this week" band shows you at a glance. If you're planning for next week, you scroll one section down. This view is particularly useful for people with many events. Rather than one long list ordered by days remaining, the weekly bands create natural groupings that match how people think about their schedules and near future. Events within each band are still sorted by their exact countdown, so the most imminent event in each week appears first. Granularity is preserved within the organized weekly structure. Jojobet operates without any account or internet. The upcoming view is calculated from your local event data and updated in real time.
