Nexus360Fleet is the mobile companion to the Nexus360Fleet Transport Management System (TMS). It lets your team raise transport job requests and follow their progress from anywhere, without needing to be at a desk. DASHBOARD AT A GLANCE • See how many job requests are pending, open and completed • View your most recent job requests with their pickup point, delivery point, date and current status • Status labels such as Accepted, Attended and Job Completed show where each job stands PERIOD SUMMARIES • Review total job requests for last week or last month • See the breakdown of pending, open and completed jobs for the selected period CREATE NEW JOB REQUESTS Submit a transport job request in a few steps: • Department, customer, shipper and invoice customer • Pickup location, delivery location and optional via locations for multi-stop jobs • Requested arrival and delivery date and time • Payment mode (for example, Point to Point), cash or credit, and invoice status • Vehicle type, with the option to submit now and assign a vehicle later CONNECTED TO YOUR TMS Job requests you create in the app go straight into your organization's Nexus360Fleet TMS. Your operations team can then process, assign and manage them there as usual. WHO IT'S FOR Nexus360Fleet is for businesses and staff who already have a Nexus360Fleet TMS account.
