Blood Sugar Log is a plain written diary for glucose readings — no account to create, no cloud to sync, no subscription standing between you and your own numbers. Right after you test, write the reading down while it is still on the meter's screen. Tag when it was taken — fasting, before a meal, after a meal, or at bedtime — and add a short note if the moment needs context, like "big lunch" or "after a walk." Your recent readings stay together on one screen, newest first. HOW TO LOG A READING • Enter your reading in mg/dL • Tag the timing — Fasting, Before meal, After meal, or Bedtime • Add an optional free-text note • Tap "Save Reading" — done in about ten seconds YOUR READING HISTORY Saved readings appear below the form with the newest first, and History groups every day with a chip filter — tap Fasting to compare only fasting readings, After meal to see how meals land. The home screen shows your last seven days at a glance, so patterns are visible before your next appointment. YOUR NUMBERS STAY YOURS There is no account, no sign-in, and no server. The app works completely offline and keeps every reading on your device. Nothing is uploaded, and nothing is held hostage behind a subscription — it is your diary, full stop. It does not measure anything, does not connect to meters or CGMs, does not classify readings as high or low, and does not give medical advice.
