Description

See who you are overdue to contact and reset the clock in one tap

This is a check-in tracker for the people you mean to stay in touch with. It measures how long it has been since you last contacted each person, compares that against the check-in interval you chose for them, and ranks everyone by how overdue they are. Instead of a static address book, you get a roster that answers one question: who should hear from you next? Start by setting a check-in cadence for each circle. There are five — inner, friends, family, work and dormant — and each one can run at its own rhythm, because the people closest to you rarely need the same spacing as a former colleague you want to keep warm. Then add people: give each one a circle and a preferred channel, so when their turn comes round you already know how you like to reach them. From there the roster does the work. It re-sorts itself live as time passes, lifting the most overdue names to the top and settling the recently contacted ones further down. Every row carries a fill bar, so a glance tells you whether someone is comfortably within their interval, creeping towards it, or well past due. No arithmetic, no mental bookkeeping — just a list that honestly reflects the state of your attention. When you have made contact, one tap on Spark logs the check-in and resets that person's clock. The row drops back down the roster and begins filling again at the cadence you set. It is a single, satisfying gesture that closes the loop and keeps the ranking truthful. The log screen holds the longer view. It shows your full check-in history, the run of weeks you have finished on time, and breakdowns by channel and by circle. Over time those breakdowns become genuinely revealing: which circles you quietly neglect, which channels you actually use rather than the ones you intend to use, and how steady your habit has really been. If your work circle is always amber while your inner circle stays green, the pattern is there in plain sight. The app does not nag or guess on your behalf. You decide the cadences, you decide who belongs where, and the app simply keeps honest count. It suits anyone who has ever realised that months have slipped past since a conversation they genuinely wanted to have — people with friends scattered across different cities, anyone organising a wide professional circle, or anyone who would rather tend relationships deliberately than leave them to chance. Set your intervals once, add the people who matter, and let the roster tell you where to begin.
