GoToAssist Corporate

GoToAssist Corporate for Android lets support representatives connect with you directly to troubleshoot issues quickly and securely. With your permission, your support representative can chat with you, view your screen, and take control of your device to fix problems in real time. Remote control and screen sharing are available on all supported Android devices running Android 7 (Nougat) or later. GETTING STARTED 1. Download and install the GoToAssist Corporate app from Google Play. 2. If your support representative sent you a link, open it. The app will launch automatically. Enter your name and select Join Session. 3. If your support representative gave you a 9-digit code, open the app and enter the code to join. 4. Once connected, you can chat with your representative at any time during the session. 5. To pause screen sharing or remote control at any time, select the pause button in the top-right corner of the app. WHAT YOUR REPRESENTATIVE CAN DO With your consent, your support representative can: • View your device screen in real time • Remotely control your device to resolve issues • Collect device details to help with troubleshooting, including system information, installed apps, running services, and network details REQUIREMENTS • Android 7 (Nougat) or later • A session link or 9-digit code from your support representative For system requirements and more information, see the GoToAssist Corporate system requirements: https://link.gotoassist.com/corp-system-requirements ACCESSIBILITY GoToAssist Corporate uses Android's accessibility service to enable remote control during a support session. This service runs only during an active GoToAssist session. The app does not monitor or control your device outside of a session.
