DOCUMENTS AND BOOKKEEPING RECORDS Create receipts, invoices, delivery notes and CMR consignment notes. Keep customers, supporting documents, payments and basic bookkeeping entries together. Import a photo or PDF and check recognized values against the original. On-device Latin-script OCR can make mistakes. CSV exports are records for further processing, not automatic tax returns. INVENTORY, QR AND BARCODES Manage products and stock movements, scan codes from the camera or an image, and generate QR, Code 128 and EAN-13 as shareable PNG images. QR can contain your text or an HTTPS document link. A normal QR does not contain the whole document: the recipient needs internet and access to the original file. The app does not publish your files automatically. MILEAGE AND VEHICLE PROFILES Manual entries or user-started GPS recording with autosave. Vehicle and driver profiles, repeated routes, trip revenue and costs, fuel and maintenance receipts, inspection, vignette and service deadlines. Skip optional details and complete them during month-end review. Calculations distinguish estimates from explicitly assigned actual expenses. GPS starts only after you press Start, confirm the disclosure and grant permission. It stores location locally while the screen is off or another app is open, with a visible notification and Stop action. It does not restart tracking after a phone restart. After Stop, verify the route and odometer. Export monthly CSV/PDF and GPS tracks as GPX. PRINTING AND CMR Android system printing, PDF, A4, 58/80 mm and compatible Bluetooth, USB or local-network ESC/POS printers. Profiles include MX10 / Cat BLE and RawBT. Test your printer's compatibility; RawBT is a separate app with its own licence. CMR provides fields 1–24 based on the IRU 2007 model; it is not electronically signed e-CMR. Filter batch printing by document type and date. DATA, LANGUAGES AND EET Documents, stock records, profiles and GPS tracks stay on your phone. You initiate ZIP backups, including original files and precise location, to your chosen storage such as Google Drive. You choose export recipients. ML Kit SDK diagnostics and purchase verification transfers are described in the privacy policy. Set interface and document languages separately from 18 languages. ML Kit translates additional interface text on-device after downloading a model; translations can contain errors. Mongolian has an offline core, with some help remaining in Czech. User-entered content is not translated. Invoices and bookkeeping use CZK; trip calculations support ISO currencies with manual conversion. Distances are in kilometres. Legal texts are in Czech, and the app does not automatically adapt tax rules for every country. Czech EET support currently prepares transaction data and exports for verification. Automatic submission to the Czech Financial Administration is not active. After the demo limit, viewing, printing, exports and backup remain available.
