Elysian: Your Own OTT

Elysian: Your Own OTT turns the links you love into a personalized streaming platform. Save videos from YouTube, Instagram, Vimeo, and the web, arrange them into channels or playlists, and invite friends to synced watch parties with live chat, reactions, and privacy controls. Open-source and extensible, Elysian gives creators, educators, communities, and cinephiles the freedom to host, share, and enjoy content on their terms. What you can do • Save links from anywhere easily — bookmark videos and web media to personal or shared libraries. • Create custom OTTs — build channels, playlists, and collections with posters and descriptions. • Host synced Watch Parties — synchronized playback across devices with real-time chat, reactions, and playback controls. • Privacy & access control — private rooms, invite-only parties, public channels — you choose who watches. • Multi-source playback — seamless support for YouTube, Instagram, Vimeo, and many web-hosted videos. • Lightweight & adaptive — smart buffering, low-bandwidth mode, and background playback for smooth viewing. Get started in 3 steps 1. Save a video directly from any social media, like YouTube, Instagram, or even a custom web link. 2. Create a channel or playlist and add items. 3. Never lost any YouTube video/reels/links, keep your links/videos saved & organized, or start a Watch Party, invite friends, and enjoy synced playback with live chat & more. Why Elysian Elysian blends social viewing with the flexibility of open source. Instead of being limited to a single catalog, make your own streaming collection from the media you already follow. Perfect for watch parties, teaching sessions, private screenings, clubs, or running a lightweight community OTT.
