Instashop LastMile

The LastMile driver app is a comprehensive mobile application specifically designed for LastMile's delivery drivers. It serves as a central hub for all their operational needs, allowing them to receive and accept new delivery orders, navigate to customer locations, and mark orders as delivered. Beyond just delivery, the app empowers drivers to effectively manage their work schedules, including starting and ending shifts, taking breaks, and viewing their upcoming assignments. Furthermore, it provides access to their individual performance records, enabling them to track key metrics such as completed deliveries, earnings, and customer feedback, fostering accountability and efficiency in their last-mile operations.
