Steady: Habit Tracker

Steady is the most realistic habit tracker for building consistency. ■ Habit strength, not streaks Tired of streaks that reset to zero after one missed day? Steady measures progress as habit strength (%). Every completion raises it; a miss only dips it slightly. Keep going without restart anxiety. ■ Build good habits Drink water, exercise, read — set task, count (8 glasses), or time (30 min) goals. Weekday schedules and excluded dates supported. ■ Quit bad habits No alcohol, no smoking, no late-night snacks — a special tracking mode marks the day successful automatically. Only check in when you slip. ■ All statistics free Current/best streaks, success rate, done/missed/skipped breakdowns, monthly calendar, and a year heatmap — features locked behind subscriptions elsewhere are all free in Steady. ■ Home screen widget Check habits off right from the widget without opening the app. ■ Minimal design, dark & light themes An easy-on-the-eyes theme with per-habit colors and 36+ icons. ■ Smart reminders Morning summary, evening check-in, and per-habit reminders — with quiet hours while you sleep. ■ 100% local, privacy first No sign-up.
