Win notes field on each title is designed for capturing impressions that a star rating can't convey, the nuance, emotion, or specific detail that made a movie or series stand out, or fall flat for you personally. Writing a note immediately after watching something creates a time-stamped impression that's easy to forget otherwise. Whether it's a sentence or a full paragraph, the note stays attached to the title and resurfaces whenever you review that entry. Notes are particularly useful for titles you want to recommend. A brief note explaining why you loved something, or why it's not for everyone, becomes a ready-made explanation when a friend asks what you've been watching. For series still in progress, notes can capture plot-point reminders. Jotting down where a character arc stands or what happened in the most recent episode makes returning to a series after a long pause much smoother. All notes are stored locally without cloud backup or login, ensuring that your personal impressions are private, fully preserved between app sessions, and never tied to any external platform.
