Guide a mechanical star through polarity gates in an underwater library.
Yarcove is a portrait puzzle game set inside an underwater library of etched copper and emerald light. Guide a mechanical star explorer along fixed brass rails, collect three cores and reach the exit.
Hold to cruise and release to stop. At a junction, stop and choose a converter rail to change polarity or a bypass to keep it. Circle and square gates accept only the matching state. A wrong polarity blocks the gate; retreat along the previous rail to plan another approach.
Moving sentries keep sweeping while you wait. A contact resets the current mission, and three contacts end the run. The 240-second active clock also counts time spent reading during play, while pause stops the clock.
Nine authored missions are arranged in three groups. Complete all three missions in a group to restore the archive. Every mission can be completed without an item.
An optional Polarity Key changes polarity once while you are stopped away from a gate. The home screen offers an optional rewarded ad for one key; only a successful rewarded result grants it. Ads are not required to complete the missions.
The game includes an English field guide, separate music and sound effect controls, and saved settings, mission-group completion and key inventory.
