Hibachi Table Manager

Hibachi Table Manager is an on-device organizer for hibachi event records, preparation tasks, and pricing estimates. Use it to: • Create, edit, search, filter, and delete booking records with client details, event date, location, guest and table counts, status, and notes. • Add guest groups, menu selections, preparation checklist items, and timeline entries to a booking. • Mark preparation tasks and timeline entries complete and review locally calculated readiness totals. • Browse the included service reference and use a service as the starting point for a quote. • Create and update quote records with guest count, base amount, per-guest amount, travel, add-ons, discount, tax amount, and status. • Estimate minimum tables, seat capacity, setup time, preparation workload, buffer time, and labor minutes per staff member from values you enter. • Save estimator calculations for later review. The app includes illustrative 2026 bookings, quotes, services, preparation items, team roles, and company timeline entries on first use. They are sample records, not live bookings or verified business activity. Records and calculations are stored locally on the device. The app does not provide live updates, online booking, payment processing, cloud sync, or shared team access.
