Drawly – AR Sketch Tracing App

Drawly is an AR tracing app for sketching on real paper — not a digital drawing app. Drawly helps you practice drawing by letting you trace images on paper using your phone's camera. Place your phone on a stand, point it at an A4 sheet, and sketch with a pen or pencil. This app is designed for tracing, sketch practice, and learning by copying outlines. How it works Choose a template or select an image from your gallery Place your phone on a stand and open the back camera The image appears as a transparent overlay Trace the image on paper and practice sketching Features AR tracing with the back camera Ready-made categories (anime, animals, cars, nature, and more) Import photos from your gallery Adjustable transparency Screen lock to prevent movement Flashlight support for low-light environments Who is this app for? Beginners learning to draw Hobby artists who enjoy sketching on paper Anyone who wants to practice tracing Students who want to improve pencil control and proportion What this app is NOT Not a digital drawing app No brushes, layers, or canvas Not a photo editor and not a coloring book You draw on real paper, not on the screen All you need: a phone stand, paper, and a pen or pencil Why practice with Drawly Tracing is one of the oldest and most effective ways to train your eye and hand. Drawly turns your phone into a simple AR drawing guide: it overlays a chosen image on real paper so you can follow the outlines with your own pen or pencil. Over time, this kind of guided sketch practice helps you understand proportion, perspective, and line work, skills that carry over when you start drawing freehand. Whether you're a complete beginner picking up a pencil for the first time or a hobby artist warming up before a bigger piece, Drawly gives you a simple, distraction-free way to trace, learn, and improve, one sketch at a time.
