Vavada Casino Every meeting has a price, and almost nobody says it out loud. Frikzrendor Pulse works it out for you: put the people in the room together with what their time is worth, set how long the thing is meant to run, and the figure appears — not as a vague guess afterwards, but as a live number that climbs while the meeting is still going on. Building a roster takes seconds. Tap the role rate chips to add the people who are attending, then nudge individual rates up or down until the roster matches reality rather than a tidy average. A slider sets the planned length. From there you start the meeting and the amber cost readout takes over, pulsing upward as the minutes pass. Alongside the running total you get cost-per-minute, so you can see the rate at which the room is burning money, and cost-per-decision, which is the figure that tends to change behaviour. A long discussion that produced one decision reads very differently from a short one that produced four. Watching those two numbers move while you talk is a more honest summary of how a meeting went than anybody's recollection of it. Vavada Casino When the meeting finishes it is logged to the ledger, and that is where the app becomes genuinely useful. Weekly totals show what your calendar actually cost. A cost trend chart shows whether the figure is drifting upward or being brought under control. A role breakdown shows where the money concentrates — often in the attendees who were invited out of politeness and never spoke. The point is not to shame anyone for talking. It is to give a clear, unarguable unit of measurement to something that is normally discussed only in terms of feelings about diaries. Once a recurring standing meeting has a number attached to it, decisions about shortening it, shrinking the invite list or replacing it entirely become much easier to make and much easier to justify to other people. Vavada Casino Use it live in the room if you want the pressure of the pulsing readout, or run it quietly as a record-keeper and review the ledger at the end of the week. Either way you end up with a concrete picture of how your organisation spends its most expensive resource, assembled from figures you set yourself and can adjust whenever they change.
