Progress bars reset at midnight and forget everything by the next morning. Focus Jar doesn't — every completed work session leaves a permanent, visible mark. It runs on the same work-and-break rhythm you already know: a focused interval, a short break, and a longer break after every four rounds — all fully adjustable to whatever lengths actually suit you. What's different is what happens when a session ends. Instead of just a checkmark or a number ticking up, a new layer of colored sand settles into a jar on your home screen. Pick the color for the day, or for a theme, before you start, and watch the jar slowly fill as the day goes on. Once a jar reaches its visual limit, it's archived as complete, dated, and kept, and a fresh one takes its place — so a full day, or a full stretch of focused work, becomes something you can actually look back on later instead of a number that vanished at reset. Behind the jar, Focus Jar quietly tracks the numbers that matter if you want them: total sessions completed over time, and your current streak of days with at least one finished session. But the jar itself is the point — a warm, low-pressure way to see effort accumulate instead of just counting minutes.
