Learn Arabic vocabulary with pictures, Quran examples and short quizzes. Build your knowledge of 1066 Arabic words step by step, from everyday nouns to frequent words of the Qur’an. Arabic Vocab is one guided journey of 38 levels and 171 short lessons. It begins with everyday nouns and the little words that join a sentence. It moves on to verbs and the patterns that build them. It ends with the frequent words of the Qur’an, from the most common down. WHAT YOU LEARN • Levels 1–8: everyday nouns (192 of them illustrated), particles, describing and pointing words, first verbs by their bāb, the verb patterns of Forms II–X, and noun patterns. • Levels 9–38, Words of the Qur’an: 726 frequent Qur’anic verbs and nouns, each found at least five times in the Qur’an, in bands from the most frequent down. • Every word is labelled ism (noun), fiʿl (verb) or ḥarf (particle), with full vowel marks, transliteration and meaning. • Verbs show their present tense and, where the verb is regular, their pattern (wazn). Words show their root and other words you already know from the same root. • 521 words come with an example from the Qur’an: the Arabic quoted unchanged, with an English rendering and the verse reference. QUR’ANIC WORDS ONLY 986 of the 1066 words occur in the Qur’an and carry a small “Qur’anic” tag. Switch to Qur’anic words only and lessons, questions and answer choices use only those words. Where a word’s Qur’anic meaning differs from everyday use, its note says so. HOW YOU PRACTISE • Each lesson introduces its words, then asks eight untimed questions. • Revision brings back the words you are about to forget, and the words you missed, until they stay. • A daily set, a quick-recall round, and a true-or-false check for variety. • My words lists every word you have met, level by level. • A notebook for typed or handwritten notes. QUIET BY DESIGN • No account, nothing to buy, no subscription. Ad-supported on Android and iOS, with no banners. • Ads appear only between completed rounds. Optional rewarded ads pause ad breaks for half an hour. • Your progress and notes stay on your device. Lessons work fully offline; ads require internet access. • Advertising uses Google AdMob.
