Shift Planner: Calendar & Pay

ShiftPlanner is the shift planner for everyone who does not work nine to five: your work schedule, your hours and your alarm in one place – with no account, no ads and no data leaving your device. Built for nurses, paramedics, factory and warehouse crews, hospitality, security staff, police, firefighters and rail workers. You enter your duties, the app keeps count, wakes you on time and shows what your month is really worth. YOUR SHIFT PLANNER AT A GLANCE • Colour-coded shifts in a month grid, several per day • Work, vacation, sick, training and days off, counted correctly • Month, week and year views plus a list of upcoming shifts • Personal events with an emoji right in the calendar • Quick edit: pick a shift type, tap the days, done • A note per shift – “swapped with Kim” shows up on the PDF too SET THE ROTATION ONCE • Define a rotation pattern and roll it out across months • Five ready-made templates: 2-2-2-2, 4 on / 4 off, Continental, 2-2-3 and DuPont • Days you changed by hand survive every regeneration, so swapped shifts are never overwritten • Public holidays for all 16 German states, Austria and Switzerland, calculated and never out of date AN ALARM THAT ACTUALLY WAKES YOU • One wake time per shift type, armed automatically • Rings on silent, through Do Not Disturb and after a restart • A night shift starting at two in the morning? The alarm counts across midnight correctly • Quiet reminders before your shift begins, if you want them • The shift you are on shows as a notification with a countdown HOURS AND PAY • Working time per shift type, for a week, month, year or any range you pick • Your hourly wage, and what a month is actually worth • Night, Sunday and holiday surcharges preconfigured and fully editable • Calculated by the hour: a night shift from 22:00 to 06:00 earns the surcharge for exactly the hours inside the window • Overtime against your target hours, weekly or monthly BEYOND THE APP • A next-shift widget for your Home Screen • The month as a grid or the coming shifts as a list, also as widgets • Quick actions on the app icon: next shift, add a shift or report sick HAND IT OVER • PDF as a clean A4 sheet, month or year, to share or print, without a single wage figure on it • Export to any calendar on your device – exporting again updates the events instead of duplicating them • Share your plan with colleagues: their shifts appear as a second row in your month, so swapping days no longer needs a screenshot in the chat • Backup to a file, restorable any time PRIVATE BY DESIGN • No account, no login, no sign-up – just open the app and start • All your shift schedule data stays on your device • No analytics, no tracking, no ads • When you share a plan, only date, label, colour and time travel with it – your hourly wage never leaves your device FREE TO USE, PREMIUM TO UNLOCK Without a subscription: month calendar, up to three shift types, one rotation, shift alarms, the monthly report with hours and the next-shift widget.
