AI coach for triathlon, running, cycling, swimming & Hyrox with Garmin data
AI Coach is a personal training coach for running, cycling, swimming and triathlon, built by Onur Kapucu, a long-time triathlete and coach. Connect your Garmin Connect account and the app turns your sleep, HRV, stress and training data into a plan you can follow every day.
How it works
Every morning AI Coach reads last night's sleep, HRV, resting heart rate, Body Battery and your recent training load, then tells you what to do today: the planned session, an easier version, or rest. Workouts go straight to your Garmin calendar, with power, heart rate or pace targets, ready on your watch or bike computer.
Key features
• Daily briefing: today's workout adapted to how you slept and recovered
• Training plans of one week or one month, built around the days and hours you have
• HYROX: plans with stations, compromised running and race weights for your division; HYROX sessions go to Garmin as cardio workouts
• Workouts sent to Garmin, with targets for power, heart rate and pace
• Training load: fitness, fatigue and form, with a forecast if you follow the plan
• Power profile and durability: your best 5 s, 1, 5 and 20 minute power and how power holds up in long rides
• FTP tests you can send to your Garmin and record
• Today's fuel: carbohydrate, protein and fat targets for your training day, plus what to eat before, during and after the session
• Food photos: take a picture of your meal and see its calories and macros
• Coach chat: ask about your training, pacing, nutrition and race preparation
• Morning message on Telegram with today's session
• Available in English, Italian, German, French, Spanish, Turkish, Russian and Finnish

AI Coach gives general training and nutrition guidance for healthy adult athletes. It is not medical advice: if you have pain, an injury or a health condition, rest and talk to a doctor or physiotherapist.
What's new
- Move a workout to another day in the calendar. If that day has a session, the two swap after you confirm.
- No sleep from your watch? Enter last night's sleep by hand and your daily briefing starts.
- No race date yet? Set an 8, 12 or 16 week training block in Settings, with Base, Build and a final test week.
- A new FTP shows right away and past rides keep their load.
