The app focuses on delivering minimal, intuitive user experience, allowing users to view insights and perform quick actions without engaging in complex, multi-step workflows or heavy data entry processes. Employees begin by logging in using their existing Aarohan credentials, followed by OTP-based authentication for secure access. Once logged in, users can access various HR functionalities such as Role Clarity Tool, Appraisal, PMS Profiler, Performance Dashboard, etc. Each section enables users to view relevant information—ranging from KPI performance and business metrics to role details and personal information—in a clear, mobile-optimized format, ensuring continuity with the web platform while enhancing accessibility.
