Y2K camera with CCD glow, harsh party flash and the orange '03 date stamp
Make tonight look like it was shot on a 2003 pocket camera.
Glowing highlights, cool shadows, harsh flash and that little orange date in the corner, live as you frame.
I built Y2K Digicam because I missed the photos from those little compact cameras: sharp edges, blown highlights, a bit of noise, and somehow better than a perfect phone photo. Point it at your friends across a diner table, turn on Flash and the shot already looks like it was pulled off an old memory card.
📸 CCD: the classic early-2000s digicam color and glow
📼 90s: RGB split, scanlines and a wobbly VHS tracking line
⚡ Flash: hard direct flash with dark corners
🧊 Cyber: cool blue Y2K tones
🌞 Warm: faded, sunny, a little overexposed
📱 0.3MP: chunky pixels like the first camera phones (PRO)
🌙 Night: grainy high-ISO after-dark shots (PRO)
⚫ B&W: punchy black and white (PRO)
🟠 The orange date stamp: '03 with today's month and day, today's real date, or off
🎛 Every look has its own sliders (glow, sharpness, grain, warmth, vignette, pixel size and more) and remembers them
🎥 Photos and short video clips, 8 seconds in the free version and 30 with PRO
🖼 Give gallery photos the Y2K camera look too
📐 3:4 frame like a real digicam, and it works with the phone held sideways
Heads up: video clips don't record sound yet.
Photos carry a small watermark. Watch a short ad to remove it for one shot or to try a PRO look for the session. PRO is a one-time purchase, not a subscription: no watermark, every look and longer videos.
If a shot ends up as your new profile picture, I'd love to hear about it in a review. And if there's a camera from back then you want me to recreate, tell me.
