Description
Track your sleep position and your restfulness trend
This app helps you notice how you actually sleep. Each morning, tap the position you woke up in — back, left side, right side, or stomach — on a simple four-way picker, then slide to rate how rested you feel. One tap on Log Night and that night is recorded.
Set up your own goal first: pick a position you want to favor or one you'd rather avoid, and choose a window of nights to track toward it. From there, logging takes seconds each morning, and the picture builds night by night.
The history screen turns those logs into something you can actually read: a breakdown of how your nights split across the four positions, a trend line showing whether your restfulness is climbing or dipping, and a streak that tracks how consistently you're sticking to the position goal you set. Over time you start to see patterns you'd never catch by memory alone — whether a certain position keeps showing up on your best-rested mornings, or whether a long stretch of one position lines up with feeling more tired.
No clutter, no extra steps — just a nightly tap, a quick rating, and a clear view of how your sleep position connects to how rested you feel.
