"In Japan" marks rules for applying at that country's embassy or consulates in Japan. Every country also has Custom settings: choose from every size in the app, or type one in.
Each rule was checked against official pages; the app shows the sources and the date checked.
Three steps
• Choose: pick from your gallery or take a photo with the camera
• Fit: cropped to the rule's frame; adjust position, size and tilt with your finger
• Save: one file for online applications, or a print sheet (4 × 6 in, 10 × 15 cm, L or 2L) with cut lines and a scale
Check against the rules
Face tilt and direction, eyes and mouth, shadows, blur, background, glare on glasses, the date taken and more are checked with fixed rules on your phone, and anything off is flagged.
Edits only where allowed
For passports, visas and ID cards the app only crops and resizes, because those offices do not accept edited photos. For a résumé or a custom size, you can change the background to white, light blue or light gray, even out brightness and color, and apply light skin smoothing. The shape of the face and the size of the eyes are never changed.
Your photos stay on your phone
All processing happens on your phone. Photos are never uploaded, and no account is needed. Saved images carry no location data.
Free to start
Save 1 photo a day for free. A one-time purchase (no auto-renewal) removes the daily limit and the ads shown after saving.
