Shurokkha Health Camp

Shurokkha Health Camp is the official field app of Sajida Foundation's Digital Health Programme. It helps authorised health camp workers register patients, record health camp visits and keep every patient's camp history connected to the Healthy patient platform. Access is limited to staff authorised by the programme. Sign in requires a branch ID and password issued by the programme. KEY FEATURES Patient search Find an existing patient quickly by Patient ID, name, mobile number or Healthy Card Code. Searching by mobile number or card code shows the whole family, so the worker can pick the person who is attending. Patient registration Register a new patient with essential details, an optional mobile number and Healthy Card Code, and a live profile photo taken with the device camera. Every person receives a unique Patient ID. Family members Add family members from the main patient's profile with their relationship, age and gender, and reuse the main patient's address in one tap. Each family member gets an individual Patient ID linked to the main patient. Health camp visits Start a camp visit for the attending patient or family member with one action. Repeat visits are supported, and each visit keeps its own vitals and documents. Vital signs Record blood pressure, heart rate, height and weight before or after the doctor's consultation, saved against the correct patient and visit. Medical documents Capture the paper prescription with the camera or select an existing image, and add test results or other reports. Preview, retake or replace an image before saving. Today's camp list See today's patients, their visit status and how many documents are still pending, so nothing is missed before the camp closes. Branch patient history Review past camp patients for the branch with filters for date, age range and gender. Programme benefits Healthy Card Codes and health camp visit allowances are checked automatically when a visit starts. Sajida Foundation employees can be registered with their branch and SF PIN. Connected to Healthy Every completed visit, including vitals, prescription and reports, appears in the patient's Health Camp history in the Healthy patient app, so patients and doctors can follow up on care. PRIVACY AND SECURITY Patient information is health data and is handled with care. Data is sent over encrypted connections and stored on secure servers in Bangladesh. Access is limited by branch, and patient records are never sold or used for advertising. The app contains no ads. This app is a record-keeping tool for health camp staff. It does not provide diagnosis, treatment or medical advice.
