Remaining Life Trainer

Learn corrosion rate. Show the work. Remaining Life Trainer helps inspector trainees and people studying inspection arithmetic understand long-term corrosion rate, short-term corrosion rate and remaining life. LEARN Follow short lessons with formulas, substituted numbers, units and answers. See why the time period matters, how long-term and short-term rates differ, and what a zero or negative apparent rate means. PRACTICE Full access adds randomized questions. Enter an answer, check it and review the worked solution. Track your score during the current practice session. These are original training examples, not official exam questions or a promise of exam coverage. CALCULATOR Enter thicknesses and elapsed years or dates, compare the rates, choose the rate basis and see the steps in the remaining-life calculation. Required thickness and the rate basis are your inputs. The app does not supply code values or make those decisions for you. FREE ACCESS All Learn lessons and five calculator runs per day, including the worked steps. FULL ACCESS One optional US $0.99 purchase unlocks unlimited calculator runs and Practice. No subscription or automatic renewal. The store checkout shows the applicable price before purchase. Existing purchases of the same full-access product remain restorable through the purchasing Google Play account. Lessons and core calculations work offline from the installed app. Google Play purchase, restore and localized-price checks require connectivity. Training content and the current legal documents are in English; shared settings are available in several languages. No Appalachian Integrity account, sign-in or AI connection is required. This is an educational arithmetic tool. Verify results independently before reusing them in a report or other work product. It does not determine inspection intervals, fitness for service, safe operation, repair or retirement decisions, and is not a professional engineering service.
