Apartop Community is the app for receptions, administrators and owners' communities of complexes and buildings with holiday apartments. • Guided setup: blocks, floors and doors without creating every apartment one by one. • Connected owners: each owner joins the complex with a code and uses Apartop Basic for free. • Reception: arrivals and departures across the whole complex, whether the guest has already checked in, and key control. • Arrival notices: even if an owner doesn't use Apartop, they write to the complex's address and the arrival appears automatically. • Mail and parcels: log what arrives and notify each owner or guest. • Community rules, notices to owners and building issues. • Visitor log, lost property and bookings of common areas (padel, barbecue, rooms). • Holiday-let fees and a report for the owners' meeting. • Notifications: alerts on your phone for arrivals announced by owners and notices from residents.
