Providers send you offers to compare — each showing the rate and the fee side by side, so you can see what a transfer actually costs before you agree to anything. HOW IT WORKS 1. Create a transfer request. Set the USD amount your recipient receives, the currencies and payment methods you can fund with, and the delivery speed you need. 2. Compare offers. Providers who accept your currency and your payment method send their terms. Every offer shows the provider's rate, their fee, and what you pay in total. 3. Accept the one you want. Only then does a private conversation open with the provider, where they give you their payment details, and only then are handoff contact details exchanged. 4. Pay the provider directly, and follow the transfer to completion. YOU PAY THE PROVIDER, NOT UGRAT Ugrat does not receive or hold these funds. When you accept an offer you pay the independent provider directly, on the terms you agreed with them. Ugrat coordinates the transfer and keeps the record of it.
