Pass-the-phone planning poker that builds your sprint backlog
Almeron Click runs planning-poker estimation for your team on a single phone. Type in a task, then pass the phone around the table. Each member secretly taps an estimate card, and nobody sees anyone else's choice until everyone has voted.
When every seat has voted, reveal all the cards at once. The reveal shows the low and high estimates and the spread between them, so you can see straight away whether the team agrees. If the numbers are far apart, talk it through and vote again. When the team is happy, accept the estimate and the task goes into the sprint backlog.
As agreed tasks build up, the backlog is totalled against your team's capacity. A capacity bar warns you when the sprint is overcommitted, so you can rethink the plan before the work starts rather than halfway through.
When planning is done, the sprint review shows how the session went. You can see how many rounds each task took, view a chart of the vote spread and find out which members are most often the outliers. It's a useful way to spot where the team's understanding differs and which tasks needed the most discussion.
Almeron Click keeps estimation simple: one phone, hidden votes, a single reveal, and a sprint backlog that adds itself up as you go.
