Food spoils, weight slows you down, and your backpack is never big enough. ★ FIGHT, OR DON'T Baseball bats, crowbars, fire axes, machetes, knives, pistols, shotguns and rifles. Shove, kick and stomp on the fallen. Throw molotovs and grenades. Every swing costs stamina, and every gunshot calls the horde. Sometimes the smartest move is to sneak, switch off your flashlight and wait. ★ ZOMBIES THAT HUNT They see, they hear and they remember. They follow noise, break down doors, climb through windows and roam the streets in packs. Big update! Build your own base: walls, doors, windows, floors, roofs and stairs for two- and three-storey houses, and move furniture around. Two new vehicles on the map: a panel van and a wood-panelled station wagon. Real starter, brake and tyre sounds; smoke now comes out of the tailpipe. Blood on cars looks real and washes off in the rain. Road barriers are solid now. Smoother movement, a backpack you can see, a sleeping bag, sleep and reading animations.
