PosSync

PosSync is the till for a bar running on EventSync. It is built for a tablet on a counter: big tiles, a ticket pinned to the side, and a keypad that does the arithmetic so nobody has to. IT KEEPS TRADING WHEN THE CONNECTION DROPS A bar cannot stop selling because the Wi-Fi did. Browse the catalogue, ring up a sale, open a tab, take payment on a sale this till rang, and charge to a house account - all of it works offline and syncs the moment you are back. Order ids are minted on the device, so nothing is lost and nothing is charged twice. THE TILL - Register: a colour-coded product grid, a shared Favourites tab, a recently-sold row, and search by name or SKU. - Pay: card, cash or split, with quick cash notes, tip presets and change due as you type. - Tabs: open tabs as cards, takings so far, cash in and out of the drawer, and cash up at the end. - Receipts and Report: read-only for the people who need the numbers, with voids behind their own permission. PART OF EVENTSYNC Your products, prices, staff and permissions live in EventSync. PosSync is the trading half: it rings up the sales, and EventSync keeps the oversight - sessions, reports, receipts, refunds and exports. An EventSync account is required.
