Turntable Speed: RPM Meter

Is your record player running at the right speed? Lay your phone flat in the middle of the spinning platter and find out. Tap Start and put the phone down. Turntable Speed waits for the platter to settle, times five whole turns, then buzzes. Pick the phone up and the result is waiting for you: the speed in RPM and how far it is from 33⅓, 45 or 78, shown on a clear gauge. How it measures Phone motion sensors can be out by a percent or more, so Turntable Speed also times whole turns with the phone's compass, which goes round once with every turn of the platter. It uses those turns to check each reading and to correct for your phone's motion sensor. If a magnet in the motor gets in the way, the app tells you and uses the corrected motion sensor instead.
