BarrelOS

BarrelOS is the pocket cellar for winery, brewery, and cidery teams. Open the app between the rows and see the work that is due today, then the tanks, barrels, fermentation logs, and inventory that sit behind it. Today is a list built on the device from the cellar you already keep: a fermentation that still needs a log, a barrel whose next rack date has arrived, and a tank that is due for cleaning or maintenance. Tap a row to open that vessel. Nothing on the list is an agronomy task. It is the cellar work in front of you. The cellar screen is home base for the signed-in producer. Switch between the winery and brewery memberships on the account, then open tanks, barrels, fermentations, and vessel logs. Tank rows show what is in the vessel, the capacity, and whether maintenance is due. Barrel rows show the cooper, the vintage, and the next rack date. Fermentation rows carry the lot, the style, and the log interval, and a new log takes temperature, gravity, and a note. Vessel logs are the history of a transfer, an addition, or a cleaning. They stay history. They do not invent a task for today. Inventory is the shelf for this tenant. See what is on hand, and look up a product by barcode or SKU. Counts come from the cellar’s own records. BarrelOS does not sell wine, beer, or cider, and it does not take payment. Sign in with the email and password for a cellar account that already belongs to a producer. BarrelOS does not create that account, and it does not ask for a second factor. If the account has a second factor, it stays optional and this app does not collect a code. After sign-in, the home shows the producer’s name and logo when those are on the account. The accent stays BarrelOS copper unless the producer has set a brand color. BarrelOS is a work tool for adults who run a cellar. It is not a store, not a game, and not for children.
