Buy once, no limit on hives. One backup file carries everything to a new phone. ■ Good to know first · The app does not tell you how to use any treatment or what dose. You type the product name and withdrawal period from the label; the app only counts the first day you can harvest. The starting withdrawal value is an app default, marked «verify». · It is not a disease diagnosis. The disease you pick is just a record. If you suspect a notifiable disease, report it to your local authority. · No hive scales, cameras, weather or maps; no location permission. Records are stored only on this phone: no server, no account, no internet permission, no sharing between people. · One reminder a morning at most. No exact-time alarms. ■ Your apiary from above Hives sit on the grass in number order, drawn as if the lid were off. The more frames covered with bees, the more the top fills with a strength colour. A dot shows the queen year colour (international cycle); a queenless hive shows an empty red ring. Flags show overdue and due-today inspections; swarm cells are marked in red. ■ Quick inspection Opens the most overdue hive first, with last time's strength, brood, honey, boxes, temperament and food already filled in. Change only what changed and tap «Save and next hive». Hive numbers can be text («A-3»). Western hives (frames) and native Apis cerana hives (steps) side by side. ■ Treatments, feeding, harvest · Treatments: product, hives, dates and withdrawal period give the first day you can harvest. Logging a harvest from a hive under withdrawal warns you in red before saving. A free-text note records amount and method. · Feeding: syrup 1:1 and 2:1, pollen patty, substitute, candy; total per apiary. · Harvest: per hive or apiary total, honey type, yearly totals, per-hive bars. The same harvest is never counted twice. · Weights: pounds by default in the US, kilograms elsewhere; switch in Settings. Stored records never change. ■ To-dos, alert, reports To-dos with a rough date; the home screen gathers overdue inspections, to-dos and withdrawal end dates. An optional morning alert (5–9 am) appears only when something needs doing. Apiary report PDF (layout, hive table, harvest, treatments, feeding, events) and CSV export for spreadsheets. ■ Large text and thresholds Four text sizes. Inspection interval, frames per box, weak/strong lines, queen age limit, varroa thresholds, withdrawal and overwintering values are editable, each with its basis and a reset; the varroa, withdrawal and overwintering defaults are marked «verify».
