A VPN that stays up, plus a network test: speed, DNS, latency, direct vs VPN
Babka is a VPN and a network test in one app. When the VPN stops working or the internet crawls, Babka shows why: connection type, DNS, latency and speed — directly and through the tunnel, side by side.
FIND OUT WHAT IS WRONG
• Connection type, public address, internet reachability and latency in one check.
• Whether DNS answers, and how fast.
• Direct vs VPN: city and carrier, DNS and latency next to each other, so you see whether the network, the server or the site is at fault.
• Speed test and check history, so you can see when things got worse.
A VPN THAT KEEPS THE CONNECTION
• Every minute Babka checks that the tunnel is alive. Move from Wi-Fi to mobile data and the VPN comes back up without you.
• If a server stops answering and a restart does not fix it, Babka takes the next one from your list.
• Every server shows its country flag and latency; switch with one tap.
GETTING STARTED
You need a subscription link or a key from your provider. Copy the link into Babka or point the camera at its QR code and the server list loads. Then one button: on, and your phone's traffic is encrypted.
SUPPORTED
• https:// subscription links and vless, vmess, trojan, Shadowsocks and Hysteria 2 keys.
• Subscription expiry and remaining traffic, your provider's account page and support one tap away.
• Connection log as a file, handy when you write to support.
Babka does not look into your traffic and keeps nothing about it. The app is free; to connect you need a subscription or your own key. The interface is in Russian.
