Asuntosi

Asuntosi is the app for residents, shareholders and board members of Finnish housing companies. • Report faults with photos and follow the repair until it is done • Chat with your neighbours in the housing company channel and with the maintenance technician about your fault report • Book the sauna, laundry room, gym and other shared spaces and pay by card or invoice • Read announcements, take part in polls and general meetings • See your own invoices with online banking details and pay them by card • Order a property manager certificate directly from the management company Asuntosi works together with the Asuntosi web service (asuntosi.net) used by the board, the property manager and the housing company accounting. The app is available in Finnish, Swedish and English.

New: you get a notification when the payment of your invoice has been received. The invoice list shows what each invoice is for (e.g. Rent 11/2026 or Rent deposit). Notifications work right from your first sign-in. Fixes and improvements.
