Easy Rental is an apartment finder you talk to. Tell it what you need in plain words, such as "2 bed in Austin under $2,000, close to downtown", and it searches current rental listings and shows the homes that fit, with photos, rent, bedrooms and where each one is on the map. ASK IN YOUR OWN WORDS Budget, bedrooms, neighborhood, commute, pets, move-in date: say it however you like, in English or Chinese, and refine as you go ("cheaper", "closer to UT", "only buildings with a gym"). SEE THE WHOLE MARKET ON A MAP The Map tab shows over a million rental listings across thousands of US cities. Zoom into a neighborhood to see individual homes and asking rents, filter by bedrooms, price and type, or tap Near me. KNOW WHAT RENT SHOULD COST Monthly rent reports and city pages show median rents by bedroom count, recent price cuts and the cheapest ZIP codes, so you can tell a fair price from a bad one. GO STRAIGHT TO THE SOURCE Every listing links back to where it was posted, on Redfin, Zillow and other sites, so you can check availability and contact the landlord there. YOUR ACCOUNT, IF YOU WANT ONE You can search without signing up. Sign in with a one-time email link to save searches, get alerts when new homes match, and keep track of your enquiries and applications. You can delete your account at any time from the app. For owners and property managers: list a home or a building for free. Listings come from third-party sites and can change; always confirm price and availability on the source page.
