You choose the final figures. It also lists the things that are easy to miss, like waste removal, making good or extra materials, so they don't come out of your pocket. QUOTES CLIENTS CAN SIGN ON THEIR PHONE Send a professional quote with your logo and VAT number. Your client opens a link, enters a 6-digit PIN and accepts it on their phone. No app or account needed on their side. You see when it was opened and when it was signed. EXTRA WORK APPROVED BEFORE YOU START When the job changes, add the extra work with photos and a price. The client approves it on their phone before you do it, and every approval is dated. No more arguments about extras at the final invoice. INVOICES IN A MINUTE The invoice fills itself from the quote, the approved extra work and payments already received. Deposits, stage payments, VAT and CIS are handled. Add your bank details, send it by link or PDF and set payment reminders. You can also send a quick invoice without a job.
