Fruiit Coctail

Fruiit Coctail is a chilling bench for a fresh catch. It works in four steps. 1. Describe the lot. Pick the species from twelve, enter the weight, the temperature it came out of the water at and the air around it, then choose the box and the ice from the six of each the app 📱 carries. 2. Read the ice. Fruiit Coctail works out the kilograms needed to pull the fish down to 0 degrees and the extra kilograms to keep it there for the hold, draws the chill curve against the zero line, and turns the melt rate into a timed top-up register you can work from. 3. Read the clock. A relative-rate-of-spoilage model turns the temperature you are actually holding at into prime days left for that species. A what-if costs out an abuse in the same currency: two hours on the quay at 9 degrees, and you see 👀 the days it took. 4. Read the fish. Photograph it as it goes into the box and again when you grade it, then score 🔢 seven criteria - eye pupil, eye shape, gill colour, gill mucus, skin brightness, surface slime, flesh firmness. Fruiit Coctail back-solves how many days the fish has already spent on ice and lays that beside the days its own arithmetic predicted, so you can see 👀 whether the handling matched the plan 🗺️. The reference is built in and illustrated: twelve species with storage life and demerit slope, six kinds of ice with their cooling capacity, six containers with their heat leak, and ten handling faults drawn on the fish with the cause and the fix. Every figure is worked out on the phone 📱, offline 📴, with no sign-in. When a lot is finished Fruiit Coctail draws a hold certificate from what you actually recorded and files it into your photo 📸 library 📚.
