Steps & Scripture: Stay Sober

Steps & Scripture is a Christian 12-step recovery app with a sponsor in your pocket. Men are paired with Jimmy and women with Sarah — AI sponsors who take you through the Twelve Steps in order, the way the program's basic text lays them out, and point you to God through Scripture. They know the recovery literature and the Bible, cite the page so you can read it in your own copy, and push you toward what actually keeps people sober: meetings, calling people, prayer, a church, and a real human sponsor. EVERY DAY • A daily plan: morning prayer, Scripture, a reading, three calls, a meeting, and a nightly inventory • A sober-day counter and chips — a slip never takes away your lifetime days or the chips you earned • A quick check-in: hungry, angry, lonely, tired, and how strong the craving is • A morning check-in from your sponsor WORK THE STEPS • All Twelve Steps with guided questions, readings, and Scripture for each one • A Fourth Step inventory builder in the classic columns, with a clean PDF for your Fifth Step • An amends list, and practice conversations before the real ones • Nightly Tenth Step review WHEN IT'S HARD • "I'm struggling": a quick HALT check, play the tape forward, and one step to take now • "I slipped": grace, not shame — start a new day one and keep your lifetime days • Crisis help that works offline and is never behind a paywall: 988, 911, and your people YOUR PEOPLE • Call list, meetings and home group, 90 in 90, church, and a guide to asking someone to sponsor you • Optional accountability partner: a spouse, friend or pastor gets a short weekly summary — never your private writing PRIVATE BY DESIGN • App lock with Face ID or fingerprint, a discreet icon, and notifications that never mention drinking • Export or delete everything at any time FREE AND PLUS Your first 30 days include free AI sponsor credits, with no card.
