Medication Pill Reminder Log brings together dose reminders, a daily medication list and a record of what you have taken. Use separate local profiles to manage your own routine alongside a parent, partner or someone else you support. PLAN YOUR ROUTINE Add tablets, capsules, liquids, inhalers and other medications. Choose the dose, strength, reminder times and days of the week. Set start and end dates, add food instructions and keep helpful notes with each medication. RECORD EACH DOSE See your daily schedule on the Today screen. Mark a dose as taken or skipped, snooze a reminder for 10 minutes and add a note when needed. If you make a mistake, undo the entry. CARE FOR MORE THAN ONE PERSON Keep medications and dose history separate for each person. All profiles live in your copy of the app on this device. Profiles do not connect to another person's phone, and no account or sign-in is required. LOOK BACK AT YOUR HISTORY Browse dose history in a list or calendar and view progress summaries based on the doses you record. Export a CSV copy of your history through your phone's share sheet when you want to keep or share a report. KEEP AN EYE ON YOUR SUPPLY Enter your current supply, record refills and see low-supply notices inside the app. Supply estimates update as you record or undo taken doses; they depend on the information you enter. LOCAL STORAGE, SIMPLE CONTROLS Your medication log works offline. The app has no advertising or analytics and does not upload your medication records to a developer server. Delete one person's profile or erase all app data from within the app. Copies you export outside the app are managed separately. Android reminders continue scheduling upcoming doses without needing to reopen the app. Notification permissions, precise-alarm access, battery settings and force stopping the app can affect reminder delivery.
