MinuMeeting turns your meetings into clear minutes and keeps them on your device. It transcribes about 100 languages and can detect the language by itself — Arabic and its dialects first, plus English, French, Spanish, German, Turkish, Persian, Urdu, Hindi, Chinese and many more. Record a meeting and MinuMeeting writes the transcript while you talk. When you stop, you get a summary, action items with owners and deadlines, and the decisions taken, with a transcript you can search, export and share. PRIVATE BY DESIGN • Your recordings, transcripts and notes stay on your device. Transcription runs on the device after a one-time download of the engine, and then works offline. • No account. The ads are general, not based on your activity, and never see your meetings. • Cloud AI is optional and runs only after you agree on a clear consent screen. You can switch it off at any time. THREE WAYS TO USE AI • On this device only: everything works offline; summaries and action items are taken from what was said (action items and deadlines in Arabic and English). • Smart (Cloudflare): smarter summaries, formal minutes, follow-up emails and search by meaning, free within a daily allowance. Meeting text is processed and not stored. • My own key: use OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, Groq or OpenRouter with your own API key, straight from your device. Every AI result shows where it was made and has a Report button. RECORD WITHOUT WORRY • Keeps recording when the screen is off or you switch apps, with a notification to pause or stop. • Saves the recording in short pieces as you go, so an unexpected close does not lose your meeting — the app offers to recover it. • Pause and resume, and bookmark important moments. AFTER THE MEETING • Summaries: short, detailed or executive. • Action items with owner and due date; decisions, risks and open questions. • Formal meeting minutes, a follow-up email and the next meeting agenda. • Chapters and title suggestions. • Ask your meetings: answers that point to the exact lines in your meetings. • Translate transcripts and summaries, and listen to summaries read aloud. • Search across all your meetings. EXPORT, IMPORT AND BACKUP • Export to PDF, Word, Markdown, JSON or subtitles (SRT, VTT), and share through any app. • Import an existing recording, or a transcript file (VTT, SRT, SBV, TXT). • One backup file with all your meetings and audio, to keep safe or move to a new device. ARABIC FIRST, MANY LANGUAGES • Transcription in about 100 languages, with automatic language detection. • Arabic dialects are transcribed too, less accurately than Modern Standard Arabic. In our tests the most accurate transcription ran on a computer with a graphics card; on a phone, the transcript is a draft to review. • App interface in 13 languages: Arabic, English, French, Spanish, Portuguese, German, Turkish, Russian, Persian, Urdu, Hindi, Indonesian and Chinese, with a full right-to-left layout for Arabic, Persian and Urdu. • A glossary for your own names and terms that learns from your corrections: correct a name once, or a word twice, and the app offers to write it your way in new recordings — on your device, only if you agree. The speech model itself is not retrained. • A notebook for text notes, checklists, voice notes and drawings. Always tell everyone and get their consent before you record a meeting.
