Gathrings gives you the tools in one place: • Create one-off or recurring events, with co-hosts who share the load • Sell tickets — set up as many tiers as you need, each with its own price and quantity, and watch sales as they come in • Handle ticket orders and issue refunds yourself, without an email thread • Collect donations, one-time or monthly, directly to your own account • Track RSVPs, waitlists, and who actually showed up • Check people in at the door by QR code, or let them check themselves in • Share an invite link — guests can view your event and RSVP without an account • Organize your community into rings — sub-groups with their own pages, organizers and events • Keep an organization, a ring, an event or a venue private, visible only to members Ticket revenue and donations go straight to your organization's own payment account. We don't hold your money. Everything works in English and French. A NOTE ON PRIVACY Reconnecting after an event is always opt-in, event by event. A connection only opens when both people agree. Ratings stay private, and organizers only ever see anonymous summaries. STILL IN BETA We're building Gathrings in the open, and some parts are still rough.
