Win is a vocabulary flashcard app that uses two simple swipe directions to sort your cards: swipe right to mark a word as known, swipe left to flag it for more practice, a system that's intuitive from the very first use. This binary sorting mechanic is borrowed from the most effective physical flashcard methods, but Win adds a digital layer: each swipe automatically updates that card's knowledge level in the spaced repetition system, scheduling future review based on your response. Cards you mark "I know it" with a right swipe gradually climb the 0–5 knowledge scale. Once a card reaches level 5, it's considered mastered and appears much less frequently, freeing up your session time for words that still need work. Cards sorted left drop in knowledge level and resurface sooner, ensuring that forgotten or hesitated words come back around before they slip completely from memory.
