IntelixServe: Restaurant POS

IntelixServe is the phone app for restaurants, bars and cafés that run on the IntelixServe POS. Waiters, captains and managers take orders at the table, and everything stays in step with the billing counter in real time. TABLES AT A GLANCE • The whole floor by section — free, running and billed tables in colour • Amount, server and time open on every table • Bill requests and guest QR orders show up the moment they arrive ORDERS AT THE TABLE • Find a dish by name or by its menu code; your most popular dishes come first • Quantities, notes ("less spicy") and the guest each dish is for • Shift a dish to another table, mark dishes served, remove mistakes • Send KOTs to the kitchen and bar printers BILLS AND PAYMENTS • Separate GST (food & beverages) and VAT (liquor) bills, or one combined bill — as your restaurant is set up • Discounts for food, beverages and liquor; service charge; rounding • Cash, card, UPI, cheque or credit — part payments too • Print the bill on a Bluetooth or Wi-Fi/LAN receipt printer (58 or 80 mm) FOR MANAGERS • Today's sales, bills, unpaid amount, department split and collection • Yesterday, last 7 days, this month and last month FAST AND SECURE SIGN-IN • Restaurant code and staff login, then a 4–6 digit PIN or fingerprint / Face ID • Each staff member sees only what their role allows • One phone per login; the owner can switch the app off at any time IntelixServe needs a restaurant account. New restaurants can start free at intelixserve.com; staff get their login from the restaurant owner.

First release: floor, table ordering, KOTs, bills, payments, receipt printing and daily reports.
