Smpl Files

Smpl Files puts every file your Smpl groups share on your phone: the brand assets, the contracts, the trip photos, the handbook everyone keeps asking for. Open them, share them, add to them, and keep the important ones with you when there's no signal. Every group you belong to is a folder. Inside are the same folders and files you see on smpl.actieve.com and in Smpl Files for Windows, so everyone works from the same copy. BROWSE EVERYTHING • Every group's folders and files, newest or by name or size • Photos show as thumbnails; switch between a list and a grid • Pull down to refresh; the list also refreshes when you come back to the app PHOTOS AND VIDEOS, FULL SCREEN • Tap a photo to see it full size and swipe through the folder • Play videos right in the app • Documents open in the app your phone already uses for them: PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and more SHARE IN A TAP • Make a download link to any file for people outside your group • Copy it or send it with any app on your phone • Revoke the link whenever you like KEEP IT OFFLINE • Save the files you need on the phone and open them with no connection • Update them all in one go when you're back online • See how much space they use, and clear them any time UPLOAD ANYTHING • Add photos and videos from your gallery, or take a photo straight into a folder • Upload documents and any other file from your phone • Create folders, rename, move and delete, with the same permissions as the website FIND IT FAST • Search every folder in a group, or all your groups at once • Jump straight to the folder a file lives in • Recents keeps the files you opened close at hand ONE SMPL ACCOUNT • The same account as Smpl Chat, Smpl Notes, Smpl Tasks and smpl.actieve.com • Create an account or reset your password right in the app • Sign out or remove this phone from your profile any time PRIVATE BY DESIGN • No ads and no tracking • Your files are shared only with the groups you choose • Delete your account from the app at any time Smpl Files is part of Actieve Smpl, the simple workspace for notes, tasks, files, chat, projects and more. Simple by design. Powerful when shared.
