Tilltech Delivery

TillTech Delivery is the driver app for TillTech.co.uk stores. Your store assigns you a delivery, you see it on your phone, and you confirm it at the door. No accounts, no paperwork. HOW IT WORKS • Register your phone once with your store code and your name. Your store manager approves it, and you're ready. • Deliveries assigned to you appear automatically. Pull down to refresh. • See the address, the customer's name and phone number, the items, and any notes from the customer or the store. GET THERE FAST • Navigate opens the address in your maps app. • Call the customer with one tap. CONFIRM AT THE DOOR • Tap Delivered to confirm the hand-over. Your location is recorded once, at that moment, as proof of where it was delivered. TillTech Delivery never tracks you in the background. • If your store uses handover PINs, enter the code the customer was given. Not to hand? Enter it later. • Cash on delivery is flagged clearly, so you always know what to collect. WORKS WHEN THE SIGNAL DOESN'T Lost signal at the door? Your delivery is saved on your phone and syncs automatically when you're back online. A banner shows what's still waiting. PART OF THE TILLTECH ECOSYSTEM TillTech Delivery works with TillTech POS and TillTech Mobile POS: stores assign deliveries from the till, and customers who ordered through Nearbies are kept up to date as their order goes out and arrives. GETTING STARTED TillTech Delivery is a companion app for TillTech subscribers. Ask your store manager for the store code, register your phone, and wait for approval.
