WalkiTalki: Team Push-to-Talk

WalkiTalki turns every phone on your team into a two-way radio. Hold the big button, talk, and everyone in the channel hears you straight away. Let go and your mic switches off. Built for event crews, warehouses, hospitality, security teams, production crews and field service: anyone who needs to reach the whole team at once without a phone call or a group chat. HOLD. TALK. HEARD INSTANTLY. • One big talk button you can use with one hand, with a start tone and a vibration so you know you're live • One voice at a time, so nobody talks over anyone • See who's on air and who's listening • Tap-to-talk if you'd rather not hold YOUR MIC IS NEVER ON UNLESS YOU MEAN IT WalkiTalki only opens the microphone while you hold the talk button (or a headset button). Release it and the mic turns off. NEVER MISS A CALL • Get a notification when someone talks while the app is closed • Every message is saved, so you can replay anything you missed, in order • Listen with the screen off, and talk with your headset or Bluetooth button • Mute any channel when you need quiet CHANNELS FOR EVERY TEAM • Open team channels, invite-only channels and private one-to-one lines • Scan mode: listen to all your channels at once, like scanning frequencies • Invite your team with a link or a QR code AI SHIFT REPORTS (when your admin turns them on) • Messages become searchable text • At every shift change, supervisors get a written report of incidents, follow-ups and handover notes MADE FOR BAD SIGNAL Tiny audio packets, automatic reconnection, and lost packets that fade to silence instead of cutting you off. SECURE AND PRIVATE • All traffic, voice included, is encrypted in transit • Only members of a channel can hear it, and removed members lose access immediately • Recordings expire automatically on a schedule your admin controls • No ads and no tracking ACCESSIBLE Large touch targets, high-contrast mode, screen reader support and reduced motion. Your account works on the website too: sign in at walkitalki.online on any computer and pick up where you left off. Setting up a workspace for your team takes about a minute. WalkiTalki is made by Concise Design in New South Wales, Australia. Questions? [email protected]
