Why Masar? • See the fare first: every ride type shows its price before you book. • Ride types for every trip: Economy, Comfort, XL, Premium and Airport. • Live tracking: watch your captain's location and arrival time in real time. • Ride PIN: the trip starts only with your code, so you know it's the right car. • Book ahead: schedule a ride up to 7 days in advance, with a reminder before it. • Pay your way: cash or your Masar Wallet. • Promo codes and offers. Your safety first • Share your trip with a live tracking link. • Emergency contacts can get your trip automatically if you choose. • An SOS button calls 9999 and alerts our team at once. • Captains' documents and vehicles are reviewed. Made to be easy • Arabic and English, and dark mode. • Saved places: home, work and more. • Chat with your captain or call them free in the app. • A receipt for every trip, captain ratings and tips from your wallet.
