JETX Utility

JETX Utility is the field operations app for JETX maintenance and engineering teams. It brings work orders, on-site evidence capture, and Bluetooth device servicing into one tool built for technicians in the field. KEY FEATURES • Work Order Management Create, receive, process, transfer and close maintenance work orders. A clear three-stage workflow — To Accept, Processing, Completed — keeps every job on track. • On-Site Reporting Capture photos and record videos directly inside a work order as field evidence. Attachments are uploaded and linked to the job automatically. • Bluetooth Device Service Connect to nearby equipment over Bluetooth (BLE) to configure, diagnose and maintain devices on site, including network and parameter setup. • Real-Time Alerts Receive instant push notifications for new work orders and system messages, so nothing is missed. • Multi-Site & Multi-Region Manage multiple sites and switch region with ease. • Multi-Language Available in English, Chinese, Thai, Indonesian and Korean. JETX Utility requires a valid JETX operations account to sign in. It is intended for authorized field maintenance and engineering staff.
