CP12 Gas Certificates

Fill in a landlord gas safety record (CP12 / LGSR) on site, on your phone, and export a clean PDF — fully offline, with nothing to sync and no account to log in to. Built for UK registered gas engineers, with warning notices and boiler service records included. YOUR RECORDS NEVER LEAVE YOUR PHONE • Everything is stored on your device and encrypted at rest — no cloud, no account, no login • Your records stay on your phone and remain available even if a subscription ends • Export to PDF any time: email it, print it, or save it wherever you like • Your existing records and PDF export stay free forever LANDLORD GAS SAFETY RECORDS DONE RIGHT • Every information item required by regulation 36(3)(c) of the Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations 1998 • Per-appliance safety checks: flue condition and performance, ventilation, operating pressure or heat input, safety devices — and a clear safe-to-use outcome • The next check date follows the MOT-style rule in regulation 36A: check within the last two months of the current deadline and the app keeps your renewal date instead of quietly shortening it • Re-check a property in seconds: start a new draft from last year's property details, with fresh checks and signatures — your data is never held hostage WARNING NOTICES TO THE CURRENT STANDARD • Immediately Dangerous (ID) and At Risk (AR) classifications per the current industry procedure — the decision is always yours, with the definitions on screen • Records who was advised, what was disconnected, and signature or refusal • RIDDOR prompt: flags when a situation may be reportable, with the 14-day window BOILER SERVICE RECORDS • A clean service record for annual boiler and appliance servicing — readings, work done, parts fitted BUILT FOR THE FIELD • Sign on screen with your finger • Optional PIN and fingerprint lock for the app • Search clients and addresses; filter drafts and completed records • Review property history and jump to missing required sections • Automatic saving with a visible status and retry if saving fails • Big controls, works with no signal in a basement or plant room SUBSCRIPTION The free version lets you create your first three records. Pro is £34.99/year or £4.99/month, with a 7-day free trial for eligible new subscribers. The selected plan renews automatically at the displayed price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your Play Store account. Existing records and PDF export remain available without Pro. No ads. Record layouts are the app's own; the information items follow the Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations 1998. This app is independent software and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or approved by any registration scheme, certification body, or regulator. You remain responsible, as a competent engineer, for every check, classification, and entry you record.

Restores inspection record resume and recheck, plus the new design: brighter colours, easier-to-read result cards and input fields.
